Here I want to „showcase“ some of my concert photos.
I am a hobby photographer without any professional experience and I have never really shot a concert with an accreditation. I used to take photos at concerts as a hobby for many many years, until I stopped going to concerts.
I then re-started concert photography in 2022 for private purpose only – basically to collect a bunch of memories of my favourite bands (haha look at the photos and guess which one 
). So all of my photos were taken from within the crowd, somewhere as far at the front as possible. I usually use a compact camera (Sony RX 100V) and shoot in RAW format. Afterwards I edit with Adobe Lightroom.
It wasn’t until 2023 that I discovered the joys of denoising (thanks to a friendly hint from a fellow photographer in the fediverse), so from today’s pov, I’d love to re-edit a lot of my photos from 2022, but I still love some of them.
In November 2023 I got to test a rented Canon EOS R8 with a kit lense at a Self Deception show in Hanover.
I’d like to dive deeper into concert photography, but realistically speaking I guess I lack the skill, the guts and the time to follow that path any further. Yet, some of the photos might look pretty decent.
